Kathy, my husband's grandfather was one of the Tennesseeans that came to Texas after the Civil War. He was born in 1858 and lived to be 99 years and 10 months old. We have yet to find his great grandfather's burial place. I have found Samuel Patton Coffman in Parker and Wise counties after they arrived in Texas. Other family stayed in Knoxville, TN area.
