There is so much activity on this site I thought there might be someone out there who could help me solve a family riddle. A couple of weeks ago we unveiled a Texas historical cemetery marker at the Wesley Chapel cemetery located west of Bluff Dale in Erath county. One of my gggrandmothers is buried there and has a rather remarkable headstone. It is made of limestone and dates back to 1891, and like so many others is becoming unreadable. I took some rather good photos of the stone and if anyone would like to assist in deciphering the insignia etched on the stone I would be very appreciative. Thanks, Clyde Edmonds Salida, CO edmonds01@bresnan.net
I'll take a shot at it. Send it on.
