Cora, there is no Thelma Irene Evans on the list. there is a Joe Evans, died at age 61, January 19th, 1997 in Decatur, TX. Said he was married to Betty of Chico Texas. Said he had a brother Troy of Broken Bow and a sister, Peggy of Geranimo. There was no photograph on the obit. Is that the guy you are looking for, if so and I can retype it for you in an email.

not sure I have no dates for him. I have no idea who his parents siblings other wives etc. were. I know he and Thelma Irene had two daughters Diane b. July 1955 Sharon Elaine Evans b.
