I think I got those links fixed on LaDarla's page http://wisecountytexas.info/genweb/cens.htm Looks like rootsweb/ancestry has taken down those images of census pages for Wise County. I couldn't find them. ????? I changed the links to the images I put up on our pages. Sue, I see where Edna is getting it from http://wisecountytexas.info/genweb/cens.htm When you click on a census image, for example 1860 census images, it shows page not found. Oh! Those are on LaDarla's pages. I'll see if I can correct them for her. I think the images of pages that I put up (from our CD discs) are larger and easier to read that the ones put up by rootsweb/ancestry. That's why I put them up again when we got this new, bigger web space. I thought JPG files would be better, but when I converted the TIFF files to JPG's, they went from about 1MB to 4.5MB (even saved at 70% quality). If they'll work, it would be better to stay with the TIFF's. Try page http://www.wisecountytexas.info/census/index.htm for links to census. Sue ----- Original Message ----- From: "David E. Based on the dates on G-2D and G-3D I don't think I missed a page. The early deeds start about 1855 and then run in sequence to the middle 1870's. The same goes for G-2R, G-3R, and G-4R. I don't think I missed any pages, just messed up the numbering sequence. I'll double check next time I'm in Wise County.
