On July 20, 1891, Ed Garrison applied for and on August 15, 1891 received a letter of Guardianship for two minor girls, Nannie G. and Sallie L. Garrison from County Court, Clarksville, Red River Co., Texas. The girls were great granddaughters of Andrew Gordon who had passed away and whose Will was being probated in Williamson Co., Texas. Now I know that if this Ed Garrison had been the natural father he wouldn't have had to get a letter of guardianship. So he could be a grandfather, uncle, cousin or even an older brother. What I'm searching for is descendants of these two cousins of mine (Nannie and Sally Garrison) along with whatever happened to their parents. Their mother being Sally Lane, daughter of Thomas Lane and Nancy "Nannie" Margaret Gordon.
