He married (1) ELIZA KENNEDY GORDON September 17, 1848 in Tippah Co., Mississippi, daughter of ANDREW GORDON and ELIZA GOFF. She was born November 08, 1830 in Tennessee, and died January 11, 1855 in Williamson Co., Texas. He married (2) ANNIE ELIZABETH NOWLIN April 06, 1858 in Austin, Travis Co., Texas. She was born February 14, 1834 in Saline County, Missouri, and died October 25, 1921 in Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas. Notes for CHARLES MARION LESUEUR: He was said to have grown up in Marshall Co., Mississippi and was a captain in Company "D" in the 4th Texas Calvary. It's also said that he was promoted to Major on April 14, 1863 or 1865 and paroled at San Gabriel, Texas on July 23, 1865.
