Well, It's like this morning when I was driving to work here in Lubbock and I looked to the north, the sky was dark blue just like a huge thunderstorm was fixing to come. But it's not a thunderstorm, it's just COLD and very WINDY. I've lived around these flat parts (here and in Knox County, TX ) and you can see them coming for miles.
