Fred, The Texas School Census of 1854 would be a great help if it includes Williamson County -- I know some Texas counties are not included. There are probably more copies of the census than the one I've read at the Texas State Archives. The Census divides each county into districts and includes the parent's name (father) and names of children between the ages of 6 and 16. Alana
