Besides the catholic church at Corn Hill and Zion Lutheran "around the corner" from Corn Hill, St. Peter Lutheran at the bottom of the hill toward Walburg was founded in 1889. Check with the Williamson County Genealogy Society about Corn Hill - it was a thriving community before the railroad was routed to the Jarrell area, if memory serves me correctly.
