    3. I have joined the Williamson Co., TX list to search for information about individuals who came to the Round Rock area from Franklin Co., TN in the 1870s and 1880s. Archie B. Garner married Frances Weddington in TN and Archie's sister Mary Garner married Louis Goldsby Weddington (Frances' brother) in TN. Archie B. Garner and his wife Frances and three children lived near Round Rock, TX. Also there was Archie B.'s sister Mary Garner Weddington and her daughter Cora Weddington. Mary Garner Weddington's husband Louis Goldsby Weddington may have been in TX for a short time. He died and was buried in Franklin Co., TN in 1925. Cora Weddington b. 1877 Franklin Co., TN married James Henry Bullen, son of William Carroll Bullen and Canzada "Donnie" Woolbright Bullen. Cora and James Henry Bullen had two daughters Mildred "Milly" Mae and Lottie. The story goes that Cora and her mother Mary Garner Weddington tried to poison James Henry Bullen so he divorced Cora. Cora took one daughter Mildred "Milly" Mae and left her with James Henry Bullen's sister Dora Charlotte "Lottie" Bell Bullen and husband James Madison Hargis to raise. Mildred "Milly" Mae Bullen grew up and married Columbus Bullock about 1911 near Round Rock, TX. Mildred "Milly" Mae and Columbus Bullock had two daughters Evelyn and May Bullock. Does anyone know who Evelyn and May Bullock married? Does anyone know any of these people or descend from them? Can someone on this list look them up in the 1900 and 1910 soundex for Williamson Co. and also Travis Co.? Can someone check cemetery records and divorce records. Would like to find where Mary Garner Weddington died and was buried. Cora Weddington Bullen after her divorce went on to marry 3 more times. The second marriage might be in Williamson or Travis Co., TX. Can someone check these records? Cora's 3rd husband was Charlie Carr. Cora's 4th husband was a Major Martin. Cora died ca. 1944 near Memphis, Shelby Co., TN. Cora's first husband James Henry Bullen died Nov. 11, 1900 in Travis Co., TX and was buried at Merrelltown Cem. Anyone willing to help me research this family by sharing records or looking in the two counties mentioned, please let me know. Thank you very much. Joy Winchester, Franklin Co., TN

    3. I'm searching for information on the father of Carl John GUSTAFSON (born 30 Jan 1859 in Sweden; died 11 April 1938 in Georgetown, TX). The information I have is gustaf Jenson (died in Sweden). Gust's last name may have been JOHANSON, JANSON or some other similar name. Also, does a Bushy or Brushy Creek Evangelical Church still exist around Georgetown or Hutto? 2. Hello Williamson Co., Does anyone have any information on a J. R. Williams who was a Justice of the Peace in Williamson Co. in 1861. I believe that his full name was John Williams, but I am not sure. Is he listed on the 1860 census of the county that is printed in the Williamson Co. Book? His wife was named Martha Jane (Clark) Williams. I would appreciate any information on this couple. Keith Reed 1101 Crowley Rd. Arlington, Tx., 76012

    3. I was wondering if anyone knew of a Davis connection in the Tallahassee, FL area. Some of my Young and Mann families moved from that area to Williamson Cty., TX and had relatives by name of Davis. 3. Hi Grace Gipson, the brother to Samuel David DAVIS, b Feb. 15, 1863 in MS, d May 11, 1933 in Granger, Williamson Co., TX, was Edward Garrett DAVIS of Rankin Co., MS. The Samuel I referenced in my message was married to Alice BRISCOE, b Jan. 1, 1871 (MS?), d June 8, 1962 in Granger, Williamson Co.,TX. They had two known sons: (1) Samuel Briscoe DAVIS, b Jan. 5, 1894, d Nov. 16, 1940; (2) Claude Powers DAVIS, b Aug. 1901, d June 6. 1973. I am not aware of any other relatives that moved to TX other than Samuel. Does this help? If so, I would love to correspond further with you.
