I am sorry sorry for jumping the gun. My daughter was a block away and saw the outside of the building and it looks very similar to the library facade. It is NOT the library. We are not sure what it is, we went down down there and can only determine that it is on Scott St. between 9th and 10th Streets. One block in front of the library. Sorry folks for the false alarm. It just sent my heart racing. Next time I will verify before I open my big mouth! Julie
