There was a Bessie KOLTER who died in Wichita County on 7 Jul 1943, file #35166. Perhaps a relative? I searched TX Birth Records from 1913-1922 for Billie J. KOLTER. Didn't find any KOLTERs born in TX during those years. Bill Allen <misterbill@pdq.net>
