Brooks (b) 1882 (d) 1919 in Temple, Texas. A railroad man possibly in Williamson County (Roundrock area), Texas. Believed to have brothers (Conner?, Willie?, Bob?) some of which may have lived in Wichita Falls area. Colley was married to Cora Brooks from Roundrock, Texas and had a son, Tillman Albert Brooks (b) 1911 in Roundrock, Texas. Looking forward to responses from other Brooks in Texas. Thanks, RWBrooks

    3. There was a booklet published somewhere around 1930-40 entitled "Pioneers Remember." I have photocopy of a few sheets. Do you know of a way to ask for a copy of the whole booklet? Would it be the Wichita Falls Library? Thank you. Ginger Taylor

Anderson and Pritchard owned one in the 1920's according to newspaper accounts. They got the oil from the Burkburnett oil fields. Thanks

Norris who was married to Barbara E.Norris. They had a son, William C. Norris who was born in 1898 and 2 daughters. He lived in Jefferson, TX in the late 1930's and early 1940's. William C. Norris is buried in Duncan, OK and died in 1967. He had one daughter; don't know his wife's name or the daughter's name. I am especially interested in William. Thanks
