It's official: The fist meeting of the Tyler County Genealogical Society will be held on June 9, 1997 at the Cherokee Church at Heritage Village in Woodville, Texas. We will begin at 7pm. If you are interested in joining the society please send me your e-mail and snail mail address and I'll see that you are sent the application. I 'm not sure as of yet just what the dues will be but I promise they will be resonable. It looks like we will have a quarterly Newsletter and will offer a 10% discount of any genealogy materials or books brought through Heritage Village.
