I was just speaking with a friend that was going through a lot of old stuff that she had kept. One item was a newspaper article that I thought might interest some of you. It was about the first Irish settlers in Rockland, Rep. of TX -"that was to become Tyler, Co., TX". They were from Dundee, Scotland. It goes on to tell about the cemetery, etc. If any of you are interested, you can probably contact the "Houston Chronicle" in Houston, TX.
