Ralph and Velma(?) Rawls lived in the Harrisburg community about 10 miles NE of Jasper. He could have been from Town Bluff. I'm not sure if this is the Ralph Rawls, but my brother-in-law grew up in the same community and knew these Rawls very well. I will take your email to him this weekend to see if he can help.
