Fred was born to Carl HOGENSON (HAAGENSEN), probably in the late 1800's. Fred's siblings were Adolph, Carl, Arthur, and Sophia. His father Carl was born in Norway in 1851. Fred is known to have lived in Tyler, TX in 1948. Any help is appreciated!
