Newman Gary was born in SC 1826-28. He had a sister, Susan E. He and his sister were orphans in Tallapoosa Co. Al. They were raised by a minister, Ben Mott. Susan Gary married W. C. Smith and died in Elmore Co. Al. Newman Gary moved to Tyler Texas and was an attorney there. Would like to locate descendants of said Gary to correspond and compare genealogical information. Anne G.
