Matt is a nick name,I think.In The 1880 Anderson Co.census he was called Madden Bass. Rebecca Pate was living in Tyler Co. in 1860. If I could get their marriage record it would finally give me his proper name.MAYBE. Can anyone direct me to where to write to try to get a marriage record for Tyler County? Thanks Pat
