We found info that W.H. Simpson (William Henry) married A.A. Middleton in Tyler, TX on April 1, 1861. However there is no record of this marriage in Smith Co. We are now thinking that maybe the record was referring to Tyler County instead of the city. Could you check this out for us? Thank you so much.
