I recently discovered (1920 US Census) that my grandfather lived at a boarding house in Justice Township, Tyler County, Texas, and worked at a sawmill as a foreman. According to the census entry, the boarding house was owned/run by Felix A Brazziel, the sawmill was unnamed. Any connection?

My great grandfather, Hugh LAWSON, came to TX with Alexander CHANCE (brother to Hugh LAWSON's mother, Sarah CHANCE LAWSON) probably sometime after 1875. Alexander had a son Burl Alexander CHANCE who says he was born in GA about 1875 on the 1900 Limestone County, TX Federal Census. Also, Alexander CHANCE and his family are listed on the 1870 Henry Co., AL Federal Census. His wife was Mary BROWN CHANCE. That census shows a daughter named, Charharine and a son named William also. Do you think this could be the same family? If so, would love to share info.
