He was born November 20, 1862 in Houston County (perhaps in the city of Weldon). Houston County originally included Anderson, Trinity, and part of Henderson County. Abraham died July 20, 1948 also in Houston County. He was married to Morilla Adeline ATKINSON (b. July 24, 1866 in Texas) on December 1, 1887. Their children were: Balton, Venton, Justin, Hightower, Nolia, and Florence Morilla MCMANNERS. I have recorded Abraham as the son of Dawson McMANNERS and Harriett COVAN. I would love to hear from you on any more information you have about this family.
