Born in Lovelady TX, 6 Nov. 1884, died 10 Oct. 1935, in Trinity TX. He was married to Lillie Belle Glazener of Groveton TX. Ardie had two sisters and two brothers: Della Rains, (married Charlie Withers of Lovelady), Beulah Rains ?, Oscar Rains, and Gaston Rains. His father was Robert S. Rains, originally from MO. His mother Martha ? Rains. He was also kin to the Dominy's of Trinity, Lovelady & Groveton. My grandfather worked for the railroad in Trinity. That is all the info. I have on him. I have 10 generations of ancestors on my grandmother, Lilly Belle side, an " none" on Ardie Rains. I would appreciate any information. THANKS!
