I saw a post a few days ago on this general subject. I am trying to find some basic information on an Oma Ellis Chessher of Trinity who was married to my aunt, Bess Eleanor Shields. I think he was born about 1896-97 in Trinity County. He had at least one brother and I think a sister as well. I do know that they (Bess and Oma) lived in Beaumont for many years and then in the San Antonio area where Oma died on 2 May 1964.
