    1. [TXTRAVIS] Oakwood Cemetery
    2. Yesterday I found that there exists the Oakwood Ledgers that were kept by the sextons at the cemetery. They have the date, name, nativity, disease, physician, age, sex, color, location of grave. This doesn't include a map to the location of the grave but the plot which gets you started in finding the location. These begin in 1859, but the ones after 1866 are the easiest to read. I will do look ups from these books if you know the date of the death. >From these I was able to obtain information on my family that I had been unable to find in the early newspapers. Kay Boyd
