Hi, Larry I don't have any Starks in my files, but I looked at the index for the 1920 Travis County Census. There were several Starks listed, but the following five were of an age to possibly be Luther Ray Stark's father. They are: Charley J. Stark age 45 in 6 J-PCT Frank Stark age 44 in Dessau Fred Stark age 45 in 5 J-PCT William L. Stark age 41 in Austin City 6 WD Willie Stark age 20 in Dessau Perhaps someone can find Luther in one of these households in 1930. Hope this helps.
