    2. Dear List, Would somebody please check for a marriage record for me?  It would be probably between 1916-1918 :  Dr. Thomas Paul Martin to Sarah May Helen Campbell. I am not sure it is in Travis County, but he was in the military during this time frame and was stationed at Penn Field in Austin. So many thanks,  Regards,  Judy in TX

The couple was last found on the Travis County census for 1920. They were living in the 7th ward, district 115, of Austin and owned the real property there. Daniel WEAVER was born in TN in 1841 and Cora Emma WEAVER was born in 1863. No record was found of Daniel after the 1920 census. Particularly need a death date and place of burial.

    2. You will need to check Bexar County if you think that is where they were married. The state marriage index does not begin until 1955. I checked http://deed.co.travis.tx.us/ and did not find them listed in Travis County. Kay

    2. My PC is running slow today. Try going to www.statesman.com, That is the Austin-American Statesman newspaper. On the left column you will find a link to the obits. If is does not go back that far you will have the link site and maybe they can send you a copy of the obit. Which of course should have surving family? There is s Weiss family in the Lakeway/Lake Travis area that my kids went to school with. I have lost touch with them. But you can also do a white pages phone search and come up with names and address. Sorry my pc is running slow. I tried to find the obit for you. Phyllis C.
