They would have been married 50 years in 1925, I don't have the exact date. I am hoping they had a write up in the paper. They both came from Hamilton Co, TN , before they came to Texas and most of their children were born in TN, but I can't find where they were married in 1875. Hello Bobby, Since I am tied up with other things, I, personally, would not have time to search through microfilm, but the Brownfield News allows you to look through it yourself. Also, I believe the Southwest Collection at Texas Tech has copies of the microfilm of the old newspapers of Terry County. If you can't travel to Brownfield to look through the microfilm, you might see if you can obtain copies through interlibrary loan. I know that the Brownfield News would not send their microfilm out, but SWC at Tech might allow interlibrary loan. Also, since the LDS libraries have so much material, they may also be able to send microfilm of the newspapers.
