I am new to the list. Researching Brown-Ponett-Bentley-Pulliam-Flanagan[Flanagin]-Dye. My Grandmother was Alta Elizabeth Brown B-1872 TX. Her Father was Isac T. Brown B-1851 MS. He is buried at Johnson Station Cemetery in Arlington. He Married Mary, it is very difficult to read but the soundex says Ponett B- 1857 TX. in 1880 they were living in Johnson Station Isaac and mary had children Alta B-1872, Asa B- 1876, Bettie B. B- 1878, unnamed B- May 1880 Male.. Mary`s sister Harriett P. is living with them and she lists her place of birth as TN. IsacT. Brown`s Father was John P.S. Brown B- 1826 Al and his mother was Elizabeth_____B-1824 AL. She is buried at Johnson Station also.I have a little more info . If this rings a bell please contact me. I have Siblings also.
