I've been searching for a cousin, Malvin Howard, for several months and can't find him anywhere--not even on Social Security lists. Last heard from was in 1986 in Fort Worth. Does anyone know anything about him? where he might be? This began with a family tree, but what has happened is more important than that. He is probably about 88-90 years old. Please help if you know him or know about him and/or his family.
