It is the link to search the Texas Confederate Pension Records Index (over 54,000 pension applicants). If the applicant was the widow, the husband's names is also listed. There is a link from this site to another site where you can obtain help & copies of documents. You can submit your request for a photocopy of the pension info by email or click on the link for a form and fees. I did search for my great-grandfather's name and found it after several searches. I knew it was there, I already have a copy of his application and his widow's. There is quite a bit of good info in the applications. Good luck!
