Well, Barbara threatened to sic her dog Pepper on me if I didn't put a search engine on the Tarrant County GenWeb page. She said that it wouldn't take me but about 5 minutes to set it up and get it working. 5 minutes to set up a search engine??? "In your dreams," I thought. Actually, she wasn't far off. If I had not picked the wrong option, that tried to index the entire Rootsweb server, I probably would have been finished in 6 or 7 minutes. Along with the new search engine, we have added another family website with Tarrant County connections. Barbara has also been busy abstracting tidbits from an early Fort Worth newspaper and that too has been placed online.
