1) Does anyone have a relative that was adopted in Tarrant co. in the late 1800's with the original last name of THOMAS? I have a relative, Mrs.Annie THOMAS, who put her daughter, Gracie, up for adoption n 1884 in Tarrant co. I do not know if other children were givin up. I also do not know the fathers first name. I assume he died somehow. 2) Is it possible to get a list of all adoptions that took place in Tarrant, co. for a perticular year? Thank you, Brigitte
