I have discovered a Rcpt for Taxes on Three pieces of Property In Tarrant County Dated 1/19/1899 To W.P. Smith ( My G Grandfather) Rcpt indicates that property is in Abst 245 abst 221 & abst 770. Original Grantee on abst 245 is E ? Barnett 160 Acres. Abst 221 Appears to be BBB& C RR 640 acres,& Abst 770 J A ? 14 acres. How would I go about Locating this Property. ( I believe it is some where in the vicinity of where Eagle Mt Lake is now located). Smith's as you know are hard to trace, and today I have Two Clues to work on (another in KY) any help will be appreciated. Don Lavender
