I am trying to find out about the 2nd marriage of my great-aunt Magnolia "Maggie" PITCOCK. Her 1st marriage (May 27, 1912) & 1916 divorce to Neal Samuel CREECY are on file in the Tarrant County, TX Courthouse records. The information given to me was that she married again & lived in Ft. Worth. She gave birth to a daughter with a deformed hand. She had a 2nd child but they both died during childbirth. This would have happened late 1910's or early 1920's. I checked marriage records in Tarrant Co., Denton Co., Dallas Co., & Kaufman Co. under both PITCOCK & CREECY and found nothing. My next step is to check marriage records in some of the other surrounding counties: Johnson, Parker, Wise & maybe Hood. Maggie was born in Denton Co. Aug 1895. Her parents were Mary Susan MOORE & Christopher G. PITCOCK. Her mother married a 2nd time to G.R. FOWLER in Tarrant Co. in 1900 & Maggie is shown living with them on the 1910 Tarrant Co. census.
