Hi, I am posting these names again.....in hopes of someone recognizing them. James K. Polk Roberts born in Jackson Co, TN ca 1844. He married Mary A. Haley in Sep 1869 and they had children: Robert E. Roberts (last seen in Erath Co, TX 1900), Amanda Tennessee Roberts married James Isaac Waldroup in Ellis Co, 1894, Daisy Roberts who married a Martin in Tarrant County, Josiah Roberts born May 1871, and Leonides Roberts born Apr 1880. James K. Polk Roberts filed a Confederate application in Erath Co, TX 1899. I have reason to believe he resided in Tarrant County after that time. I would love to hear from any descendants of this family and will gladly share information.
