My great grand dad, Robert James Pruitt, was born March 05-1849 Miss. and died in Tarrant Co., Texas near Birdville on Jan. 09, 1911. I have checked the Tarrant County Court House and found no death certificate. Can anyone advise where next to look? He is buried in Alvarado, Texas in Johnson Co., Texas Thanks in advance. Mike Pruitt
