The Fort Worth Public Library is open for patrons - the Genealogy Dept. was never closed during renovation. That Department has all of the City Directories - either on microfische or hard copy (later ones). Keep in mind that a directory was not published every year in the earlier time frame. The first was 1877 and the second 1878-79. But for some reason 1880 was skipped.
