I am trying to compile a listing of those buried with and without stones, give a little history of each one, and find how they are related to each other. Have been unable to tie any siblings or parents in. John A. Thresher's children had variations to name. Some used Thresher. Some used Thrasher. John A. Thresher had land in Tarrant Co. TX in 1880. They are still in Tarrant Co. in 1900. They are then said to move to Wise Co. and then to Olney, Young Co. Stories told, said that Hawkins, Lunns, Cheves also moved with them. Searching for the name Ponett in 1860 to 1880 range in North Central TX. Mary Ponett married my Gr-Grandfather Isaac T. Brown abt 1870 Tarrant Co.TX. In their household was Mary's younger sister Harriet Ponett. The name Ponett was scratched through on the census, so it is very difficult to read. The spelling could be slightly different. In the 1860 census my Browns were in Garden Valley TX, Smith Co TX. In 1880 they were in Johnson Station,Tarrant Co.TX. Thank You Bill Bentley
