We have a Brown family who moved from Johnson County, Mo to San Saba County in the 1870's with a large family, and had more children in Texas. One of these is listed as V. A. Brown. My records indicate this person was born in San Saba Co., Aug 6, 1880. I have no indication whether this person was a boy or girl, and don't have his/her names either. My ancestor would have been a brother, and his name was Samuel Thomas Jefferson Brown. He married Lavenia Ann Robinson, dau of Vollie Ann Warren Robinson McMillin. Any indication of a tie?
