We hear the the price of cotton is advancing which will cause the farmers to put their remaining cotton on the market as soon as picked for fear of a decline in prices again. Charlie McCormick was thrown from his horse a few days ago and was unconscious for several hours and wsa considerably bruised up, but is able to ride the bronchos again. Smelser has been sent to another field and that Rev. Broails will be on the Milburn circuit. Josh McCary has last three of his fattening hogs.
