    1. [TXSSABA] 1935 high school yearbook
    2. Hi to the San Saba List! A few months ago I was able to buy a copy of the San Saba High School 1935 "Trail's End" Yearbook and would be willing to check it for student names/photos. This will be of help to anyone who is looking for San Saba (town) residents who were born APPROXIMATELY 1917-1921. Those birth years would make them 14-18 years old at the time they could have been Freshmans, Sophomores, Juniors or Seniors in San Saba High School. This 'yearbook' is only a dozen pages long, and includes small 1" individual photos of the SENIORS, plus "group shots" of the Junior, Sophomore and Freshman Classes (these photos only show your loved ones in about a 1/2" glimpse). The booklet is NOT alphabetical, so if you ask me for a name to lookup, please allow time for me to read through the names at the bottom of the photos. There are about 40-60 people in each class, and there are a few larger photos of faculty, prom queen/king, etc. but not many. So if you are hoping to find someone specifically in the town of San Saba (not outlying county areas), and you know they were born around 1917-1921 (or were faculty) give me the names and I'll try to look them up. I have a scanner and could also try to e-mail the lucky winners an enlarged copy of their loved-one, cropped out of the overall picture. Karen Gauny Crisalli PS - This yearbook apparently belonged to a young lady named "Allyne COPELAND" - who is shown in the book as a Sophomore. I'm assuming it was hers, because her name is penciled in the front inside cover.
