Smith, and G. W. Robbins - who according to my records was married to a sister of Lovina named Isabella. Lovina Ketchums father, Peter R. Ketchum, was my 4th great grandfather. I am descended not through his daughter Lovina/Lavinia but through one of his several sons - James Ketchum - who married Mary Ellen Ray (and then had my gr. gr. grandmother Sarah Elizabeth Ketchum). If I have read your posting correctly, you are saying that the two sisters (Lovina and Isabella) had children who married each other? You say "Lovina's daughter Alice" married William R. Robbins (Lovina's sister Isabella son) - i.e. first cousins. I bring this up only because I have never had any information whatsoever on Ruben and Lovina and if I am interpreting your posting correctly, then I would like to get from you the information you have on them - birth dates, marriage date, death dates, and names of their children. I had Alice marrying William R., but I DID NOT KNOW ALICE WAS LOVINA'S DAUGHTER! What other children did Ruben and Lovina have? I have recorded EIGHT siblings for Lovina, and I have a fair amount of information on all but one of them. The greatest information I have is on Lovina's brother James Ketchum and HIS descendants because that is the line I come from. I must say, though, that most of my information has previously been shared and compared with other Ketchum researchers, so whatever I have is bound to be the same or similar to anything you might have gotten elsewhere. I'd be happy, though, to compare notes on "my" part of the line hoping you will share "your" Lovina line with me! I descend from Peter R. Ketchum through Sarah Elizabeth Ketchum who married my gr. gr. grandfather John Napoleon GAUNY in San Saba in 1868.
