My cousin and I only recently began researching our family history. We would like to gather as much information as we possibly can on our distant great-great-great grandparents, Richard and Hannah (Raines) Yarborough, who lived in Shelby County, Texas until their deaths there in 1868 and 1860, respectively. In a small book/pamphlet entitled "A Brief Sketch of the Life of an Orphan Boy" written by Miles Morris (a distant relative of mine) and passed down in our family after its publication in the Farmersville, TX Times in the late 1800's/early 1900's sometime, we were able to find bits and pieces about Richard and Hannah, as well as a Sims Yarborough....but we would appreciate any additional information you might be able to offer about names, dates that are available in your records. If I am interpreting the information in your website correctly, they are most likely to be buried in the Shelbyville Cemetery or thereabouts. It is not a clickable link here at your site...how do I go about gathering more information on this/them? Thanks for your assistance. We are both very new at this! I look forward to hearing back from you when you have the time to write.... Sincerely, Julie M. Palmer "[email protected]" --part0_916638238_boundary--
