Almost without fail, someone on almost all of my lines have inquired if there was Indian Blood. They are going by a picture that "looks Indian." I think it would be interesting too, but some of those were blue eyed and blond as children. I have only one line that I have any information at all that there might be an American Indian connection and I have a copy of a color tintype of the mother in that instance (where I think the connection might be) and she is Medium complexion with green eyes. My folks were all sort of clannish as was the case in earlier times. Does anyone have any idea how so much interest in an Indian heritage (Native American) came about?
