The Shelby County Historical Society has available genealogical researchers in the Genealogy Research Library located in the Shelby County Museum. Researchers will be glad to help you with one on one service while the museum is open. If you would like for one of them to help conduct a more intensive research effort on an ancestral line, then they are available for $5 per hour, 25 cents per copy and mailing costs. All proceeds go for the upkeep of the Museum and Library. Give us a call or email your requests and one of the researchers will get with you.
