My father, Burt E. Dunahoe was born in Shelby County in 1929. His father, Paul Joshua Dunahoe is buried in Lone Cedar Cemetary. My father tells me that Paul's father was named Perry Dunahoe. We do not know Perry's father's name. Perry's full name was Perry Warner Dunahoe. Dad has told me that Perry's father married a woman named the widow Ross. She was the daughter of Mary Hopgood Wilson Truitt who is buried in Lone Cedar Cemetary. Dad tells me that Perry had some half brothers identified as Booker and Louis Ross. Can you help finding lineage past Perry Warner Dunahoe. Dad tells me that the tract of land where the Haslam community exists once was owned by my great great grandfather.
