    3. I am now looking for any info anyone may have for the David and Jiney McCoy family of Shelby. They are listed in the 1850, 60 .and 70 censuss. My 2nd g-grandfather George Washington Carleton married their daughter, Malissa A. McCoy in Nacogdoches county on May 18, 1871. They lived their life in Shelby. I am attempting to find any info on the McCoy family. Thank you very much Richard Sharp

    3. I have a Francis McCoy b.1825 in Center in my family. She married John Henry Inman. Family legend says she was from the feuding McCoy's. I haven't gotten around to researching that yet.
