I'm looking for info on the following marriage: Eugenia Cordelia York b. February 10, 1872 in Rusk County, TX to John William York and Mary Oliver Berry. She was married to a Claud A Smith on ?? February 14, 1889?? I'm not sure of date and don't know where. Family lore says he was a "horrible" husband and she left him. She was married again on July 30, 1902 in Stewart, Rusk, TX to William Floyd Graham. Supposedly she said she wouldn't marry again unless the suitor paid for her divorce and Floyd (my great grandpa did!!!)
