Elizabeth Moon (Mason?) b: 1857 in Texas. The 1880 census reports one daughter, C. L. Brittain b: 1879 in Shelby County, Texas. Ellsberry Brittain and his family do not show up in any later Shelby County, Texas censuses. Ellsberry shows up in the 1885 Shelby County, Tax records. Is there anyone related to or has information on Nancy Humphries married to a Mr. Robertson? She was born between 1815-1819. Her parents were William and Mary Humphries/Humphreys and step father was Samuel Strickland. Nancy's husband was killed in the Regulator Moderator War. She had at least two children with Mr. Robertson. Last report I saw says she was living in Shelby County, Texas. Can anyone help me with this?
